Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the access, use, and contracting of the services and products provided on the website www.interamplify.com, owned by Multilingual Outreach Interamplify S.L. (hereinafter “Interamplify”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By contracting any of our services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using or contracting any of our services.
1. Purpose of the Agreement
Interamplify offers digital marketing, outreach, and SEO services, as well as other customized solutions, subject to the specific commercial terms agreed with each client.
2. Service Contracting Process
Services may be contracted through the channels available on the website or by direct communication with our commercial team. Upon confirming the order, the client will receive a summary detailing the scope, pricing, and applicable service conditions.
3. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Stripe: via secure credit or debit card transactions.
- Bank transfers: domestic or international.
- Other methods: explicitly agreed between both parties.
All payments must be made in the indicated currency and payment method at the time of contracting. The service will begin once payment is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Cancellations and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation of Services
Clients may request the cancellation of recurring services or subscriptions by contacting us at info@interamplify.com with at least five (5) business days’ notice before the next billing cycle. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
4.2 Refunds
Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, no refunds will be issued once the service has commenced, unless:
- An explicit agreement states otherwise.
- The service has not yet started, and the client requests a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- A verified failure on Interamplify’s part has prevented service delivery.
Any refund request will be reviewed individually. If approved, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used, within 14 calendar days of approval.
By accepting these Terms, the client expressly agrees to the immediate commencement of digital or personalized services, thereby waiving the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, as permitted under Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Spain).
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Cooperate in good faith during service execution.
- Make timely payments as agreed.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual and industrial property rights derived from the execution of services will remain the property of Interamplify. The client may only use deliverables within the contracted scope.
7. Liability
Interamplify shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect damages or loss of profit.
- Delays caused by external or uncontrollable circumstances.
- Specific commercial results not being achieved.
In any case, Interamplify’s total liability shall not exceed the amount effectively paid by the client within the three (3) months preceding the incident.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be published on this page and will apply to new or renewed contracts.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from the provision of services shall be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia, unless another jurisdiction is legally applicable.
